The products purchased on our website our sold directly by Tek Group Srl.
Tek Group is registered in the Commercial Register of Pesaro with VAT Number 02503990414, with registered and operating office in Italy, in Via G. Mazzini 78, 61022 Vallefoglia, Province of Pesaro Urbino.

PAYMENT METHODS

Bank Wire: upon confirmation of the order you will receive the bank details to which you can make the transfer; the order is considered confirmed and valid upon the transfer credit.
Paypal
Credit and Debit cards accepted by the Stripe platform. 

GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

Every product on our website is covered by Legal Guarantee of Conformity in accordance with the Consumer Code.

The Guarantee covers defects of conformity, manufacturing, materials and is valid for 2 years from the delivery of the product, for orders made by private customers.

The Guarantee covers any existing defects at the time of delivery, i.e. any defects that existed at the time of delivery and which become apparent within a period of 2 years.

In the case of full replacement of the product, the replacement product will be guaranteed for another 24 months. If, on the other hand, one or more parts of the product are replaced, the parts that have not been replaced are guaranteed for the remaining time.

The Guarantee does not cover: 

– damage resulting from normal wear and tear
– damage resulting from misuse of the product
– damage resulting from incorrect installation
– products modified or handled by any person not authorized by the manufacturer
– use of non-original spare parts or consumables
– damage caused by electrical phenomena or discharges

Attention! For goods purchased by professional, commercial, entrepreneurial activities, this Guarantee is valid for 12 months. 

Commercial Guarantee

The burner (or boiler) contained in our devices is covered by a 5-year commercial warranty (subject to the exclusions above).

DELIVERY METHOD

Our products travel with courier with guaranteed value.
We highly recommend to accept the delivery to the courier “GOODS UNCHECKED”, in case either the packaging or the goods are evidently damaged, along with a written description in details of the damages found.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

By law, online sales are subject to Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6/9/2005 which provides the buyer with the possibility of exercising the right of withdrawal. Update June 2014 Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

If the purchased product does not meet the described expectations, you can exercise the right of withdrawal and withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the goods, without providing any justification. You will only be required to return the purchased products in perfect condition.

To exercise this right it is therefore necessary to:

  • Notify us the will to withdraw from the purchase via Registered mail or Certified electronic mail ([email protected]) within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Arrange the return shipment of the product along with everything contained in the original shipment, with a courier of your choice (in their original packaging when possible, or anyway packed in the most careful way possible) to the following address:

The product must be returned intact and complete, it is therefore advisable to insure the product with the chosen courier. In case we receive a damaged product, we will inform the purchaser in a maximum of 3 days from delivery, to facilitate the insurance procedures with the carrier.

TEK GROUP will refund the amount paid within 14 days from receiving the returned product (shipping costs excluded), after checking the conditions of the goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The shipping costs incurred for the return of the goods will not be reimbursed
and therefore remain at the expense of the purchaser, as provided for by art 67 of the Consumer Code. 

If the withdrawal concerns only part of a multiple order, the refund will only cover only the returned product or products. 

Purchases made by professional, commercial and entrepreneurial activities are excluded from the right of withdrawal. 

Purchases of products that had been specifically customized upon request of the buyer are also excluded. 

RETURNS FOR DAMAGES OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

If the goods are damaged due to transport or present production defects, TEK GROUP will replace the products under warranty without any charge.

To exercise this right it is necessary to:

  • Send within 3 days from the date of delivery of the goods a written notification via email to [email protected] with the reference of the order, of the defective article and a photographic evidence of the damage or defect found. 
  • Our Customer Service will give you a feedback as soon as possible to resolve the issue and eventually provide a free total or partial replacement, depending on the damage or defect found.  

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

The order placed on our online platform can only be cancelled if it has not yet been assigned to the carrier for the shipment. In this case, if the order has already been paid, we will process the refund through the same payment method used for the purchase.
If at the time of the request the product has already been shipped, the buyer will have to wait to receive it and carry out the withdrawal procedure mentioned above.

DISPUTE SETTLEMENT

The Competent Court for Customers resident in Italy is Pesaro, PU, Italy. 

The European Commission has established an online platform that provides an alternative dispute settlement tool.
This tool can be used by the European Consumer to non-judicially resolve any dispute relating to contracts for the sale of goods and services concluded online and/or arising from them.
